At New Stone Age Retreat, we believe healing begins in community. Our Community Mindfulness Program is designed to bring people together through shared wellness experiences that foster inner peace, emotional resilience, and meaningful connection. As a nonprofit, we are committed to making mindfulness and mental well-being accessible for all through inclusive, free, and low-cost community-based events.

What We Offer:

1. Guided Community Meditations

Experience the power of collective stillness. Our guided meditation gatherings are held in-person and virtually, offering participants a safe space to reset, breathe deeply, and center their minds.

What to Expect: Sessions may include breathwork, visualization, sound healing, or silent meditation, led by experienced facilitators. Events are open to all levels—no experience necessary.

2. Nature-Based Mindfulness Events

3. Community Healing Circles

Join a supportive circle of individuals navigating life’s challenges together. These gatherings are confidential, judgment-free spaces to share, reflect, and listen with intention.

What to Expect: Facilitated discussions, mindful listening exercises, and compassion-based connection. Ideal for those experiencing emotional overwhelm, grief, burnout, or spiritual crisis.

4. Special Events & Collaborations

We regularly partner with local wellness practitioners, organizations, and spiritual leaders to host special community mindfulness events that promote healing, equity, and education.

Examples: Full moon sound baths, community breathwork ceremonies, family-friendly mindfulness fairs, caregiver appreciation days, and more.
